Dear all,
I had applied from Buffalo in june 2004. Just when i received a letter about my initial asssessmet, was moving back to India for good. i however continued the process from India, without transferring the file. In Feb this year i received a request for passport. Meanwhile, i got married in Nov and have to include my spouse in the application. I have already started the paperwork, but was wondering if anyone could give any pointers, do's/don't for doing this.
