does any one know why would cic requires these doucuments again

hi

my parents immigration is still in process and their medicals are recieved in ottawa.CIC has again asked to send copies of my parents birth certificates and educational qualifications .I cant understand why ll they need it again. thanks in advance

CIC wants to update all records whether forms you have filed or documents.

You read the requirments again, educational documentation and birth certificates are required for dependent children if any filed along with your parents. IF their is none,just type N/A on the form

Don't think too much & send them again, if they are asking. Those guys may not have looked to those document earlier, so just send it and there is no point in arguing with them.
