Dear Massod,
We are getting very useful information through your replies for postings on this website regarding family immigration. I wish to know whether we can opt for conducting medicals for sponsored parents(they are citizens of India) in Canada, if they are here on visitors visa. If so, where do we have to mention this option in our application for sposnorship of parents?
The question is not quite clear.
Do you want to sponcer your parent on Visitor Visa? If so, medical is not covered for them. The usual rate for insurance may be $3 to $6 per person per day.
If you want to sponcer them on Family Class Immigration Visa than they have same status as you - they will be medical benefits after 3 months (in Ontario)

A Proud Indian Canadian
It is not possible for you to apply in the Canada class category for your parents (the same is allowed only for the spouse). Your parents will have to apply in India even if they are on a visit visa to Canada.
If your question is only regarding the medicals, your parents should not face any problem in doing it in Canada. Any doctor who is on the a list of designated medical practioners (anywhere) can do the medical examination. You don't have to mention it in your application.
cheers

Please note: you cannot do the medicals until you have received the MEDICAL INSTRUCTIONS from the embassy processing the application.
