At the time of issuing indian passport, in My wife , doughter and son passport 's stamped ECNR check reuired.
We are planning to travel to Canda 15th of July. Do we have any problem in the Mumbai airport or do we have to clear ECNR . If sao what is the proccedure I surch this form , not published.
Senior member please advise me.

I am assuming that the stamp is ECR. Emigration Check Required. However to enter NA and many countries in Europe you do not require ECNR. If you check the ECR stamp on the passport, just below it you shall find the info. It would written as ' except for ........ '
I have a ECR stamp on my passport and had no problems coming here or going to Europe earlier.
This is my opinion. However this is a sensitive matter and I do not know if the rules have changed recently. Ideally you should check with the passport office and not go by my reply.
And you can also get an ECNR stamp on the passport by submitting the relevant documents. It takes about 2-3 days to get the stamp from the passport office. If you are coming here in July you have ample time to do that.

It's better if you can call the passport office and check the details. I know one of my friend had problem with ECR stamp. You (probably all of you) have to submit your degree copy (& may be some other document also acceptable) and passport office will stamp ECNR stamp. Usually if you give your passport in the morning, you will get it back in the evening.

Information provided by Iceberg is very much true. On the side of caution, I suggest you contact your travel agent or the airline office in Mumbai. They will definitely be able to confirm this..or if you happen to be living near Sahar international, just go there and meet the SHO, Immigration (there is one at all times...day or night).
