I have 2 of my maternal aunts with their families in Canada. They are citizens there and they have been there for more than 20 years. I would like to know how it would be possible to immigrate under the family class option. I am married and have a son.

You cannot immigrate under 'Family Class' as you are over the age of 21 years. You will have to apply under the 'Independent Category' depending on your occupation/profession. At the most you will get a few additional points for your aunts being in Canada.
