I was working as consultant and having small firm on proprietory basis. There is no registration required in INDIA for Proprietory co. Any body on this board know about which document required for showing proprietory co. registered. I was filling my Income Tax Return for more than 10 yrs.As well as I am having my proprietory co. tax deducted by my client and set off from Income tax department....????
