hahahaha nightmare, u seem to be a tax inspector here. first thing isthat, yeah I care of my taxes being used in proper way by the govt. and second, the taxes is not the only question here, what matter most is how the law is enforced. the illegal immigrants are sharing many things apart from taxes. they are also doing the jobs and thats y the employer's are happy from them, as the employers too are running from taxes by just paying these illegal workers in cash and that too less then we hva demanded from them.......
u seem to be going back to India, so there is no question of dicusssing or comparing two countries again. especially in corruption. just stick to the topic in thread, otherwise start ur own thread saying "india vs canada in corruption".
another thing I want to tell u is, atleast the govt in Canada are not playing the vote bank trick by legalising them. like in India "SIR LORD" ARJUN SINGH has started reservation quata system (please discuss this if u want in another thread, by name of politics on cd). I am just giving u an example........

keep ur sense under ur foot or ur better utilise it, ur posts reflects ur thinking bout money. U r ready to surpass the law and give them legal status by collecting money from them.... oh bloody sh**.
thank god canada is not run by a man like u. it would have been a real "nightmare" for canadians and immigrants if u have join the politics. anyway think what u want, but the professionals don't agree with ur so called "great ideas". only few people like u are objecting there deportation, and the guys who understand the consequences of keeping them, knows, how will they suffer if deportation is stoped.

I agree with Duncan for one reason that illegal immigrants have already bypassed the basic requirement of Criminal Check for entering any country. So, it is no point giving them a legal status knowing that for last so many years they have been absconding from legal system. Why not send them back and let them enter after completion of legal formalities. People who support legalization of illegal immigrants will be the first one to point finger at govt if any of their family members are hurt in act of terrorism or vandalism. I strongly believe that these people have learned their way around the legal system, some of them may become a problem to enforce law. Moreover it is an encouragement for other people to come in illegally and promotion to touts trade helping people get in illegally.
Rules make life easy, why not respect those who follow them rather than waste time who have already flawed rules.

Duncan,
Please don't mind, but I am coming across posts where you invariably/ frequently cross swords with fellow cd members. We ultimately digress from the main topic of discussion and end up fighting a personal battle. Can't you be a little more mature instead of letting people get under your skin? High time someone told you this.
Aapka kya problem hai ??
Cheers,
Ayaskant.

Success
To laugh often and much;
To win the respect of intelligent people and the affection of children;
To earn the appreciation of honest critics and endure the betrayal of false friends;
To appreciate beauty, to find the best in others;
To leave the world a bit better, whether by a healthy child, a garden patch or a redeemed social condition;
To know even one life has breathed easier because you have lived.
This is to have succeeded. Bessie Stanley
Ayaskant,
Thanks. I was thinking of asking Duncan this question since so long.
Everytime you disagree with his opinion he comes up with his sword & then the language. If you have any bad comment about any Canadian system, this guy will get offended immedietly & will come up with comments like 'respect the gay community here', 'don't stare at the teens who are kissing or are indulged in romance in the park' or 'what is wrong in having mock marriages?'
This is the guy, who has asked the members (who have problems adjusting in canada), to go back to India & asked if Canadian govt. had invited them here . He made these comments in very rude manner.
Just a little more maturity please, Duncan.

Yes. Duncan is very crude and his language is horrible, not worthy of a professional immigrant. I have nothing personal against him but he canot take anything in a civilised way. If he does not agree with our statements, he should try to convince us in a decent way and not use filthy language.
Just my thoughts.
