I am canadian citizen + OCI, my Wife is canadian PR and My Son in Canadian born + OCI
My canadian company want me to go to india to work for them. they dont have resiter company there yet, they will if they get business in India
They want me to establish there business. and I also want to go to india because of family ties but also a career and this is perfect opportunity.
Question.
- Will my wife loose PR status if she live in india for more then 3-5 years due to her husband employment for canadian company in india.
- Will out Health cobverage remains the same, just in case we have to come back to canada.
- I am going to pay all my income taxes in Canada only.
- Will my son get all the child care benifits although he is moving India.
- Do anyone know how I can move all my belongings to India.
Please please advice on abouve question and your help is highily appreciated.

As you are citizen and your wife is accompanying you she will keep her PR ( However keep in mind the rules can change in future ) .

-Your wife will not loose her PR as she will be accompanying you and u have already got Canadian citizenship.
-For health coverage you have to be present in Ontario for at least 153 days in any given year. If you can't make it then you can re-register with Ministry of Health once you return back. There will be a waiting period of 90 days before ur health coverage starts.

Also I have a choice of taking salary either in CAD, USD or in INR.

I would also like to know the disadvantages and advantages.
IMO, I will prefer to pay taxes to Indian govt while living in India since I will be availing services in that country. Being a good tax payer it is our responsibility to pay that country where u r living.
Paying taxes in Canada will bring nothing to you. You will not get any CCTB,health coverage even after paying taxes to CRA.
