I need your expert help here!
hi,
I have stayed in CANADA continously for 3 years now. (came in 2001 jan). I still have my landed paper. Yet to apply for PR or Citizenship.
I am afraid to apply because i have n't paid any taxes for last 3 years.
I know for citizenship i have to pay my taxes.
What about my PR card ? do i still have to pay my taxes?. i am going to pay all my taxes soon , my question is whether i can apply without paying taxes now? will it affect my chances of getting my PR card from my landed paper.
Can any one give me advice? Please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Regards
Kumar
Hi Mr Alexkumar
apologies for the cross posting.
Will u share your last 3 years experience as a landed emigrant in Canada especially getting job (in general). It seems from some postings in this site that the sitaution is vey bad. this will be helpful for the people who are trying to emigrate.
Thanks in advance
PKM
Canada is not USA. That is all. if you are coming here , get a appointment order for permanent job. Because contract business market in canada is bad.
You can't find a job after coming here. You spend more money in rent and other stuff. it is not worth it.
I am only talking about computer field. You still can survive but it is pretty much waste because you can't make enough money.
With respect to me , I just survived doing contract jobs. Not that good.
Again it is all depends on individual and luck. if you have lot of friends in computer field jobs in canada , then you can survive with that network. Otherwise..
Thank You
