destination in COPR toronto whereas intended destination vancouver

dear friends,
hi,
today i rcvd my COPR in which the destination shown is Toronto I intended to land in Toronto when I was in NewYork but now I live in Seattle and the closest destination for me will be vancouver.Is it possible for me to land in Vancouver instead of Toronto and if so do I have to notify the immigration officials before landing or just go to Vancouver with all the necessary documents also after landing i want to visit my family in montreal so is it possible that i land in Vancouver and give the address of montreal for my PR card.Anything else that you people think is important to know about the landing procedure.

you can land anywhere except quebec.

Charlie,
You can work in Quebec and /or immigrate to anywhere in Canada from Quebec. The same SIN number and PR card number applies all over Canada.
The only difference is that Quebec chooses what kind of people can immigrate to its province. After immigration, if you donot like the province you can move elsewhere in Canada. If you prefer Quebec after being in other areas of Canada, you can them move into Quebec.

Sidenote : Do you know that GTA has an abundance of jobs for Bilingual CSR's? Very few gora's are bilingual in the GTA and opt for Bilingual CSR positions. Most of the people who occupy Bilingual positions are from Africa, where French is a second language to many. Just for your information. This was told to me by an Indian (Desi) who worked as a Bilingual CSR. When i was in Nigeria , French was my second language (for 4 years) but i have now forgotten it.

Yes you can work in Quebec.
You can land as PR anywhere in rest of Canada and then move to Quebec.
You cannot land in Quebec from other countries and become PR unless you immigrated under their provincial program.
