Can a family member arrive on PR status at destination other than specified

Hi,

I am a Canadian citizen and have sponsored by wife for PR of Canada. The landing city is given as Toronto. I will be moving to Vancouver in a month,s time. What if my wife arrives in Vancouver instead of Toronto as mentioned in her immigration status. Will they allow her to enter Canada in Vancouver. Or she had to land in Toronto and then move to Vancouver. Please help

Vancouver is fine.
