Hi,
Is it possible to land in Vancouver and provide Toronto address for PR card?
Initially I planned to land in Toronto but flying to Vancouver from Los Angles is cheaper option for me.
I mentioned Toronto as landing city in my Immigration application but I think it is allowed to land anywhere except in the province of Quebec.
I am planning to return to Los Angeles within a day or two.

You should be able to. If you want to avoid questions at the airport you can say you dont have a permanent address.

Then update your address online or by calling the toll free number. I did that

Yes I did that too, in Nov of 2005!!!
No problem, but I must tell you land in Vancouver and live there, it will be tougher than Toronto but trust me you will enjoy it!!
