Actually, it is a pleasant surprise to see PIO in excellent positions in universities, hospitals, engineering, govt positions... but then sad to see that they are not so very visible.

On CBC there is a guy called "Hanumansingh" - seems to be an Indian Origin guyanees.

Does someone here know about the very first documentary film (before 1950) about immigrant East Indians by CBC Canada? That movie had a tall, white bearded sikh named 'Dukhi'. I searched their site, but couldnt find it. I would be really greatful for any suitable pointers regarding this movie.
