how much time after medicals for a study permit!!

hi masood bhai!!,
well i have given my medicals on 2 december for a study permit...!! so i need to know when will i hear from...CHC.. hope very soon!! cause my clasas would be starting from 2 jan!!! plz.. help me out.. cuase it's really high time for me!!!
are there any chances of refusal at this stage!??

Won't be more than 10 days or so. Can only be refused if you have some 'serious' medical condition.
