Help needed !Anybody travelling to Delhi

I need a favor from our fellow CD's. I have a jacket that needs to reach my relative in Delhi. So if anybody is travelling and would be willing to carry the same then it would be great great help. I am willing to pay. I tried out the postal service here and the cheapest one seems to take 8 weeks to reach India..so looking for help.
