Hi,

My friend was driving my car and passed when the light just became red and was caught by police. The police did agree that the weather was bad, so it might have happened. My first question is if I am the registered car owner, whose driving history would be impacted - Mine /my friend who was driving (He has valid G2 license).

Does anybody know a good agent, who might help eliminate this ticket (not only reduce the fine/reduce to 0 points)

Well there is no need to go to anybody...He was driving the car so he will get ticket points and he has to pay it.

Also when you let someone drive your car you should worry more about insurance than speeding tickets bcoz as i said above he drove fast he gets the ticket and points but if he gets into an accident then if t is his fault he will still get the ticket but your insurance will go up along with his.
His bcoz he is a driver who likes to speed and runs red lights and your bcoz u freqnently like to lend ur car to people to drive AND some of them are not as safe drivrs as urs..
so right now there is nothing to be worried abou ur ok...
