Please direct me to someone who knows how to repair the remote circuit in the carkey related to the antitheft alarm system in the Car.

Here is my problem. The remote in my car key has stopped working. I can open the car manually with the car key but I cannot start the car until the antitheft alarm system is disabled. There should be a switch in the car to turn off the alarm system, but I dont know if it is actually there in my car and I dont know if I can disable it. It is a honda Accord Ex 1996 car. The Honda dealer cannot do anything about the keyless system in my car because it is a 3rd party installation. (It is a IT JT 2/3 security system)

If you know someone in Mississauga who installs the keyless systems in cars please let me know. Thanks.

The switch should be either under your steering or dashboard or in the glove box. It should be metal switch.
