I am getting a pop up saying that the virtual memory is too low. How do I fix this? Also when on the internet, the blue bar (top msot) keeps on winking, changing colours (blue-grey-blue) and the mouse arrow gets the dumble shaped picture next to it every two seconds. Hard to chose a site in the drop down as it escapes quickly. Even typing something now, some letters and words are missing. I have to read and retype.
Any idea what is wrong?

well if you have hour clock symbol next to cursor that means something is running in the background. check your CPU usage and task manager what processes are running.

For virtual memory problem, how much RAM you have in your system. you can set your page file manually. you can set it to about 1 1/2 of your ram size (Both min and max)
