Police describe the suspect, who ran away, as Asian, 5'6", 160 lbs., 18 to 25 years old with a medium build. He was last seen wearing blue jeans and a red nylon jacket with a hood and white stripes on the sleeves.
Two weeks ago York police arrested five men who were selling baby products on the black market from their home in Toronto's east end.
More than 2,000 canisters of powdered baby formula and a large amount of packaged baby diapers were seized. Police also found 900 packs of cigarettes and a large amount of packaged batteries. The goods are valued at an estimated $83,000
