Anyone with experience/information about Mac's Convenience Stores. What are the + & - of operating the store.
I am thinking to apply for one. I researched about it little bit and found that the stores are company owned and they hire store operators who run the store for them and are paid a kind of fixed monthly salary depending on the store annual sales. Most of the expenses are taken care by Mac's and the operator is responsible for a refundable deposit/training fees and share some expenses. What are the other things to check for?
