I have just received the notice for Oath of Citizenship letter from CIC. It had one para in bold, where it says,
"This notice is valid only if the citizenship judge approves your application. The Judge may ask to meet with you in order to make a decision about your citizenship application. Therefore, if you receive a "NOTICE TO APPEAR- Hearing with a citizenship judge" this appointment is cancelled.
My question is: Is this mentioned in every letter as a standard paragraph? Has anyone received a letter to meet the judge after receiving Oath of citizenship letter?
Please share your experiences!
Thanks!
I think its in every letter.
It was in the one i got.
