Anyone from Shimla or Himachal, I am from shimla and planning for move in the month of July, need to getintouch with someone from shimla. We are also looking for Paying Guest Accomodation (Seperate room and Toilet).

Hi ? I am currently working in dubai as Systems Support Executive. I applied through an agent say exactly 2002 Dec somthing like that. The process is slow as i didnt payed much attention and i keep on dragging this issue, but frankly speaking it takes approx. 2 years 6 months, so if you applied in Dec 06, you will get you medical by now. you have to be after them if you applied through any consultant.
We are also from Chandigarh sec 27, but my father got transferred so we shifted to Shimla, but still we used to stay in our house.
Please dont hesitate to ask if you have any question.

I am from Sector 22, we have applied in Dec-03 through an agent in CIC New Delhi and waiting for our turn.
There waiting time is very long I have been pursuing this matter with them but they do not have any thing in their hand.
Have you received your visa ? In which consulate you filed your application.As you have filed in Dec-02 and you are through now that means it takes almost four years.

yes dear it took almost 4 years as i didnt applied for IELTS one year back and i keep on dragging this till everything got final may be cause of my qualification/experience in abroad, cant say anything. Yes you have to be after them and since you are from chandigarh so you can pay visit and keep on asking everything whatever is in your mind. And i hope soon you will have your immigration papers and stamped passport with visa are with you. You almost complete 3 years now i think is your turn, you have to keep on visiting them for your issues.
