hey myself Gaurav Bhatti from India. I have applied for Masters programme in Biomedical engineering at University of saskatchewan. Most likely, I would be accepted. However after having read some of of the posts here on the forum, it appears that the biggest problem in my getting the visa would be my sister who is a PR .

So someone please suggest me ways to impress upon the embassy oficial that i would be coming back to India after the completion of my degree and not settling there.

Also how much money should I be showing in the financial statement? I mean to make those people sure that finances won't be a problem.

Finally what are the things we can do top make those embassy guys comfortable??

--- I dont understand that your sister is having PR is negative or positive sense.but from my personal experience,its having a negative impact on your file cause it shows ur ties with canada cause ur sis in canada.

--- You have to show as many as ties with india like movable and immovable things to satisfy the officer or interviewer.

--- If you allready submit all your fee then for every 1yr=atleast 12000 cdn$ and if you can show more then its better.

Finally what are the things we can do top make those embassy guys comfortable..

--- buddy ! you can't satisfy the embassy guys cause its depends upon their mood or officer discretion.

but show as much as money in ur account,evaluations of property,vehicles and income tax returns of yur father nd mother .

many more things that shows ,you will be ok in canada.
