I have had to get our furnace serviced once before and I used http://www.homecomfortcanada.com/

We had to get the condensation pipes replaced as there was leak (from a crack) and it could not be patched. Labour+parts cost us $250. Apparently he replaced it with a superior quality pipe system (at least that's what he said).

The technician was knowledgeable and did a good job. We have not had a problem since. You may want to wait till other CDs reply just so you have options and can compare prices.

I had my aircon serviced in summer thru a desi guy - did a competent job and didn't charge an exorbitant fee (unlike some other non-desis who quoted me after I looked them on yp). He was referred by a friend. I'm not sure posting his contact # in public is ok (he may not like it). If you pm me I can send you his contacts. As I understand he does furnaces too.
