Hi,

I'm trying to get a building permit so that I can legalize the entrance/door to the basement. Apparently, the door/entrance was not in the original plan and the previous owner of the house added the door. Now it is my problem

Anyhow, I'm wondering if there are any companies in or around Mississauga, that can do the paper work (filing the application, securing the permit and etc) on my behalf. Can you refer me to a good company?

I saw the ad for ICON HOME RENOVATIONS INC (http://www.canadiandesi.ca/shop.php?BID=6609) here at CD. Are they any good? Has anyone used them?
