Really Interesting. If you apply one of the theories that canadians generally do not like to take risk (which I sort of agree with..that that is the general feeling I get)..no wonder Immigrants have such a hard time getting in! People often may not want to have to take the risk of hiring someone whose work styles may be different. Actually any difference is frowned upon.
Whether u dress different, or have a different sexual orientation or whatever.
