Hi,

I am submitting application to Sponsor my dependent child (INFANT). My question is:

1] Do I require to submit "Schedule 1 - Background Declaration" & "Additional Family Information" forms for prinicipal application who is my infant son in this case?

2] If the answer to above question is "yes", then who signs on these forms? I can't leave it blank, so I believe it has to be my signature but want to cofirm from experienced members...

Any help is greatly appreciated.

For question 2, yes, you can sign your name and within parenthesis, write "Father of <name of child>, infant". That should do.
