Unfortunately 3 things have happened
1) Our condo apt in Guelph does not allow satellite dishes to be installed on exterior walls.
2) Our condo apt dosent have a balcony to install a satellite dish.
3) The only cable provider on our Area is Rogers and they are charging insanely high for Indian channels as we all know.
So my questions:
Has anyone installed a sateliite dish inside the apartment and received signals through glass. I can open teh windows in summer but dont want them open in Winter.
Any other suggestion on how to watch indian channels and dont have to pay thru my nose..
thanks,

Hi Chittesh,
Satellite signal doesn't come through even through leaves of trees, forget about glass ( as spring leaves grow, people have to move their dish or simply cut the leaves....I work for bell expressvu)..
Only option is to move to a SW facing condo/ house (except BC) in which dish installation is permitted.
Cheers
Dsk

Check whether X Vu for condos is available in your building
Already checked and its not available, corruption at high level means we have to pay stupid amounts of money for simple cable
