hi Cds' n S cd's
can anybody assist me by letting me know any good satellite installers for my indian channels with the best offer or deal at present.
as i have heard that good quality reviever and dish is an imp. factor while we shop around for the installations.
another thing is i do not want to pay anything if my dish is down so i need the way where i myself can go on interbet and fix it . Do i need some special reciever for that ..pls. advice..
Also would we be getting cp24 channel in some ways if rogers cable connection is deactivated. As i wont be requiring my expensive cable.
pls. advice..

Go to Canadian tire , bestbuy , future shop etc.
Buy a portable antenna for say anything between $ 20-$ 40.
You will get the Canadian FTA Channels.
Thanks

I live in apartment building and I was told by someone that we can't get dish installed coz of the direction.
I want Indian T.V channels....I m ready to do one time investment like dish (which unfortunatly will not work for me) but don't want to pay a monthly fees to rogers ot other co's.
Is there any other option?

If your balcony faces south westish, you should be able to catch Indian channels.
If your building will not let you instal the dish onto walls/floor, you can bolt a tripod onto a flagging stone, mount the dish on it and place that in your balcony.
Regarding your other questions - ask the all knowing Google and all shall be revealed.
