Skeptical,
This is my view.
You are expected to be in Canada for 2 years our of every 5 year period.
In that contect, I see that you will have no problem until around March 12, 2008 .
I am not well versed in Immigration matters these days, but i did hear that even after your last day (around March 12, 2008), you can still get a one way travel document into Canada and the officer at the port of entry will decide whether your reasons (for staying outside of the country after the time permitted) are genuine and if you can be admitted inside Canada. Senior desi's can comment more about my last point.
Also I have seen from my experience, that if you cry before the immigration officer at the port of entry, he/she will certainly be a bit more lenient. This is the approcah followed by many Sri Lankan refugees. In many cases, it seems that the refugee judge also cried upon hearing the refugee's (false, in these present days) story. I have also seen that the immigration officers get very irritated when you over stay and then you canot speak english (This happened when i returned to Canada in Jan 2005 from India. There was a Punjabi couple, who over stayed and then could not / did not talk in English to the Immigration officer. He was really angry with them saying that " you live in NB which is a bilingual province. so donot give me the crap that you donot know English.)

TK A

You need 2/5 years . You moved on20040205. 5 years hence is 20090204.

Calculating backwards you have spent 400 days by 20071015. Balance is approx 11 months. You should be good if you return latest by 20080310. Or 10th Mar 2008.

Same as TKs answer above.
