Hi!
My parents just got the canadian visa.
I was wondering if anyone knows that do my parents have to start journey
immediately after getting visa. Or can they start journey later?
How do they count the expiry of visa?
I appreciate your help.
Thanks.

There must be a expiry date on their VISA and they have to enter Canada before that. They can enter anytime before that expiry date.
Period of stay is stamped at the port of entry so when they will enter Canada Immigration officer will stamp their VISA with period of stay. Usually its 6 months.
