My parents intend visiting Canada in July , first week. I have send them all the required papers. When should they apply for a visa from CHC, Delhi? Suppose they want to stay for 6 months before returning back, does the 6 month period start from the time the visa is stamped or is it from the time of landing in Canada?

They can apply mid-May. Visa is issued and valid for a certain period. Six months starts when they enter Canada.
