I am planning to sponsor my parents (mum & dad). Also would like to sponsor my spouse - is their a limit to the number of people one can sponsor (over a period of time).

can i launch an application for my parents first?

it depends on your income.......there is a chart that shows how much income is needed to sponsor two people or three people........this includes yourself...
u can sponsor any one first .............

Also my dad has hearing problems & mum is diabetic. Is that cause for them to be rejected on medical grounds ?

To sponsor your spouse, there's no income requirements. So, rest assured. My advise to you would be to first sponsor your spouse, which won't take more than 3 months. Once your sponse is immigrated then go for filing the sponsorship for your parents. To sponsor them there's a income requirement. If I am not wrong then it's called LICO(Low income cutoff). It is based upon the no. of people you're going to sponsor.

Hi,

1) on form IMM 1344A question 6 - is a PO Box address okay?

2) on form IMM 1283 - if one dont have spouse/common-law parter can you leave it blank or should type n/a or something similar?
