I am currently on H1B visa and living in Sarnia Ontario and my wife and son lives in Port Huron sine my wife is on H1B works for city of Port huron. I want to apply for my family immigration. Can someone suggest if there will be a problem. My wife works in US on H1B and my son is a US citizen. Has anyone faced this kind of situation.
I live in Sarnia and I am a Canadian PR and commutes daily from Sarnia border.
