i need some help here i m a canadian citizen,i sponsored my wife last yr and she came here a month ago on immigration thatz was nice and easy, here my question now

i want to apply for my wife's brother and he is 27 yrs old,my whole family lives here so is there any wayz to bring him here can i sponsored him does he's age matters my wife can sponsored him but if i go by wife then she have to apply for her parents first thatz what some pplz told me,but we dont want to apply for parents right now right now we want her brother to be here first so what we can do for that plus if i apply for him then what do i have to show plus what kinda of income i suppose to have to apply for him or is there any other ways plz help me out here its really urgent !!!!!!!!!!
