Question : If I am working on my work computer on my yahoo mail or canadian desi or workopolis, can the company server track it ? Usually I do it in lunch hour but lets say I e-mail my resume thru my yahoo mail, is it visible on the server ? For how long ? Thanks

At the very least, all requested URLs are logged in the firewall/gateway log.

Yahoo or hotmail email content is within the request and that is typically not logged.
However, it is possible to log it.
For someone to know that you have sent a resume by email, they either need a person to go through the entire request body looking for such information or an automatic bot program that scans the request body looking for such keywords such as resume, etc.
