I can't log on to CD from office. Forgot the password and the one I got in the mail wont work. I cant log on to Yahoo from my office as the emails from Yahoo or Hotmail is blocked. I tried to use the temp password that I got in my Yahoo email (I can log on to Yahoo from home) at office. Wont work.
Is their osmething else I need to do?

Are you saying you are using the same login ID/password from home and office, it works from home and not from office?

Yeah u can say that. I tried but did not work. I cant log on to Yahoo from office. I am using the same user id from home and office, the password from home does nto work from office. DIO, I am not sure what you are saying? Are you saying that you are using the same password to login from home and from the office, but it works at one location and not at others?
This should never happen on any web application where authentication is done on the server and it does not have anything to do with the client. It seems that you have some issues with password. What I suggest it, write down the password (and user-id) with all case sensitivity from home, go to you work and try to log-in. It should work. If it doesn't work, may be you work IT guys might have blocked it somehow. I don't know.
I would not suggest you to create any duplicate ID.
Please try above and see how it works. One more thing - if the password, that is autogenerated by the system is not easy to remember, you can always go and change the password. Make it simple and see if it works.

In the original post DIO mentioned that Yahoo & Hotmail access are blocked from work. It could be true for the CD web site. For some reason it could be categorized as a chat web-site and hence blocked by the firewall at work.
