if anyone used these guys can you please provide feedback of these guys. Is it a good deal for $40 with free High Speed Internet??

My personal experience with CIA was not that good. I think they are based in Calgary and they advertise this very cheap VOIP and Internet service on their website. They have nothing like customer service. I think there is one guy sitting in the office handling everything from customer service/ accounting and technical services. They basically use the network cable of other companies like Shaw in Alberta and Rogers in Ontario. They would subscribe your service as soon as possible and bill your credit card and then you are by yourself they would also ship you the internet and voip modem to your home so they would bill your credit for that too.I remember they had billed my credit card of 120$ almost without any service started. No technician from Rogers came to activate the service i was caught in a quagmire i called Rogers they told me to call CIA for any inquires wrt to activation/connection. CIA customer service was never available to me i had to make long distance phone calls from outside and was sometimes kept on hold for hours finally i decided to dispute my payments with my Credit card company i returned all their shitty modem with my own personal expense eventually i got my credit card company managed to get my money back.
Anyways i cannot comment about their services in Calgary.
Its better to go with good companies. I am using Primus so far my experience is good with them.
