I need one basic information.
For taking US Visit Visa one has to submit Form 156 Online by filling all details about urself
Once u submit this form, applicant will get Barcode & same needs to take a print out which has to carry for Personal interview.

Suppose after submision, if applicant finds some minor mistakes, what he has to do.
Is there any way to get this information corrected before Interview.
What r the option like email, phone etc
I know about some paid phone service, but which one is for doing such changes, any guess?

Also want to know one more thing, if possible

In form DS 156 for visit visa for US, what is the meaning of ISSUING COUNTRY at column 3
For example, if for Indian person, passport was Issued at Toronto
Then in column 2, place of issue will be Toronto, Country will be Canada & State will be Ontario
but in column 3 which ask Issuing Country , will it be India or Canada
