i'm using reliance from last few years and i have no problem so far. the quality is awesome and line always connects in first try. i used g3 for some time but on special occasions we had hard time connecting calls to india with g3 but with reliance no problemo, so i'm staying with reliance even if it's little expensive then otherz.

Try using Comweb or starteck...costs 7cents.
I call from stanacard, good in price 7.8 cents no matter where u call in india and on LANDLINE OR MOBILE, SAME PRICE. also no TAX at all. I saw charges on my credit card, I charged my account for $10, but infact they charge my credit card for ONLY $9.88 and still talk time is of $10 only. That's great.
also good clarity and you don't loose money if you don't talk everyday. no hidden charges, nothing.
take a look at http://stanacard.com/en/home.aspx and try it. also if u give the PROMOTION CODE - "199996" under my referral, you will get one time - double credit in your account to make calls. for example, if you charge your a/c for $10 you will able to talk worth $20, one time because of the promotion code that i m referring to. It cheaper to call on mobile with stanacard then sears card for calling back-home.
is there any cheaper way to call to india where we pay 3 or 4 cents? plz update.
There are earlier replies to the same topic. However here goes
Sears at 3.9 cents per minute. The catch have to pay minimum $ 25 per month for 800 minutes, need a Sears Card for that and you can call only land lines. If you call the cell phone it is 21 cents a minute for india.
This is what I do.
If I have to call a land line whichis usually the case with most of us here . We need to call our parents or inlaws , then use sears.
For other cell phones call using Reliance.
This works best for me.
Other CD's can comment on this as well.
Thanks,
Rajiv
I tried several cards but found Comwave the best, they charge me .065 cents per minute (landline & cell both) and .99 monthly subscription.
Howz that???
