I use comwave for the last 2.5 years. Pay 5.9 c per minute.

Try CallSelect - it is 3.9 cents per minutes but there is a monthly fee of $3.9. Do math to see how much you call and what is the total cost to you.

I have tried Call Select and at 3.9 c/m for India cell as well , I switched from Sears Connect which also was very good but call to cells was at a much higher rate.

That is not the reason I get the rate.
I have a VOIP Phone from them for the last 2 years which cost 9.99 + a Long Distance Plan.

You can always get the Long Distance plan anytime you want. Nothing to do with how long you have been with them.
They will charge you a montly fee for 2.99 and will do a price match with any other company.
