Reliance is having problem with bill and it happend me with me too.And you get same answer whenever you call
-->Your account will be updated in 24 hr sir
-->Please try to call after half an hour ..If you call again to customer service..than--->Please try to call after half an hour,our techinician are trying to fix

they have good voice quality over other phone card thats why everybody using reliance.

I had the same problems too last month..
Recharged for $11.5, But I was billed for $US 14.
Have not checked this month.

Hi everyone

I noticed a similar error in my current month statement.

Spoke to their CSR and the entries were reversed within 48 hours.

Thanks for bringing that up. I just looked up my credit card statement online and there are three entries for each time I charged the reliance card. Debit in US$, credit in US$ and then actual debit in C$.

Hi ,
Thanks for pointing out the problem with reliance, I am also been charged in USD for my recharges in last month, I have sent them an mail however they are yet to respond. Please keep informe don the latest developments on this iissue.

Waise i would have checked my credit card statement. But this forum post made me log online and sure enough it was true.

6 charges on day
4 more charges on other days.

i called up and spoke to a rep. he had it escalated and like others promised me a credit in 48 hours.,

Whew, some glitch

Is this only an issue if you "recharge" or does this happen even if you're on a monthly payment plan?
