Just to add some more details to the Reliance offer (I had to call up Customer Service to get these details, was on hold for 10 minutes)
For a recharge of
$5 get 5 minutes
$10 get 10 minutes
...and so on, upto a maximum of 200 minutes and max. of 2 recharges.

All this info is already there on ther website...you cud hv saved the 10 minutes...
Anyways, now a lot of CDs have saved a lot of minutes...

Not sure of the cost though
