Hi
Just wondering, taking into consideration that the loonie has crossed the USD, whether it would be prudent for me to take CAD instead of USD during my visit to India next month. That way I dont loose any money in converting CAD into USD (cash/TC), although I am not sure as to whether it will be easy to convert CAD into INR in India..............which way can I minimize my loss, CAD or USD?

C$ can be converted to the INR with equal ease (par with the USD). Therefore, there is no advantage that I see in converting C$ to US$ and then taking it to India for the further conversion to the INR.
