The Elspeth Heyworth Centre for Women- a Not for Profit organization is conducting Spinning classes of Gandhi's book charkhas that have been brought fom India. An Info' session will be conducted on the 1st Wednesday of November. Apart from being a stres releiving hobby it is geared to be an income generating craft. The final stage of this project will have the yarn (cotton, silk and wool) spun from these charkhas woven on looms and sold as scarves, shawls, and linen. A fashion show will also be organized.
