I was working in two different part time jobs till April 2007
At both places, CPP & EI was deducted as usual. Nothing wrong
Then I joined another job which is full time from May 2007
So again CPP & EI deducted.
Now I found from this pay chq, that CPP & EI was not deducted
So when I checked in Canada Revenue site, it says
Limit for Individual for EI in a year is $720.00 and
Limit for Individual for CPP in a year is $1989
That means my Third employer done correctly & stop my EI & CPP deduction when it reached Limit
But what will happen to EI & CPP which was dedcuted in 1st two jobs
I want to know
Am I eligible for any refund
OR
Will I get automatically some refund fro EI & CPP
OR
I need to apply with Canada Revenue
Can some expert tell more details about same
Any one faced this situation before
Also what one should do in order to avoid this situation?
