For starters i dont have to define who is a farmer .... it is as per the law

There are certain guidelines and laws which define a person a farmer, i guess one of the criteria is that you shoud have farmland to begin with !!!! anyway i am not too sure what are the legal requirements, but if you are inetrested you are always check with a lawyer or maybe google
