I am in problem, please advise and help me out.

i came on visitor visa to canada and applied for the extension which i got.. and now i have stayed over due to financial problems back home.

I came from US as i had the valid business visa for 10yrs multiple of US and was going to apply for L1 and was advised to go canada instead of india.

I was doing business in US and thought its good to go out of country on expiration of I-24.

Well initially same IT business in canada didnt get through well but as the summer approach it got very good. ( I got the extension of my Inc company as Extra Provisional in Canada). Well now its going good but the problem is my passport is also expired now.

Well i dont have the intensions to stay permanently in Canada or US, it was just want the way through where i can go legally back to India ( i read sometime back, a person was deported from canada but indian police couldnt do anything and lost the case as the person when travelled from there was on legal papers).

I am willing to go back by January, so please advise what to do..
1 . Should i get my passport renew from india by sending application ( as i dont think in canada it will be renewed as i need to save my US visa)

2. What are the other ways to be legal format.. file for the immigration as i have full points to file it.. but am i eligible, look for the girl and go for technical agreement.

Well i would like to make the point this is just for the going back legally to my country.. i am ready to file the tax on behalf of my company where i can show 20000$ business in last six months.

please advise and help from any resource will be appreciated.
