No English skill exam to be passed
a farm owner or worker
show 12 lac rupees(in real or bogus)

AND HE IS A CANADIAN LANDED IMMIGRANT.............

Isn't this great!!! What's holding up 80% of indian population who can easily fulfill the above requirement...???

They better apply now ... before the government comes up with more regulations in this category.

- I AM TELLING YOU WHAT THE LAW IS. I AM NOT TRYING TO MAKE THIS UP OR TO FOOL PEOPLE.

So far do we know any people who have landed in Canada under this category??

- NOT YET SINCE THE PROCESS TAKES AT LEAST 18 MONTHS AND THE NEW LAW CAME INTO EFFECT ON 28 JUNE 2002 AND PEOPLE [OUR CLIENTS] STARTED APPLYING AROUND AUGUST 2003. I'LL TELL U MORE IN A YEAR'S TIME. STAY TUNED.
