Let me get this straight...
You applied to Immigrate to Canada.
You application went through.
You had your medicals done.
You were called for an interview.
At that interview they gave you ninety days to provide them with a letter from your spouse (Who is a Canadian Citizen) sponsoring you and also pay $490 PR Visa Fee. (Landing Fees)
You say that she is studying in China.
They say that after she finishes her studies, she will have to return back to Canada.

Now to the questions:
Where was the interview held?
Can she do all of this in the next ninety days and will it reach the CHC where you applied?
Does she have the time? Does she have the ability to pay the fee from where she is? Does she have an access to all of the forms on the web.?
Will she send you a copy of these documents that she files with the CHC.?
How long will she be in China and studying there?
When is she going to return to Canada?
Does she have a home in Canada?
Can you go there and live there?
Is there a family for her in Canada, who will take you in and look after your welfare?

I can provide you with one answer. It is: If your sponsor, i.e., your wife, is not in Canada and you have no place to go and stay and your wife cannot provide you with support, then, they can take as long as they want, and it could be, till she returns back to Canada and provides them with a proper address and a phone number to get in touch with. She has to do that as soon as she returns. The sooner the better.

Since you do not tell us when she will complete her studies and will be returning to Canada, it is left to the 'Immigration' to decide this. It is for your wife to provide them with all of the details that they require. So....

You also want to what next? Right?

.....Wait for the papers to get to CHC where you applied and keep your fingers crossed. They will make a decision and will give you some directions to follow.

You already know this too.

Freddie.

Looking at the 2 OP posts before and after Freddie's detailed reply, one cannot stress enough to frame your questions/querries in a structured and legible manner. Honestly Vagna love, I did not read past the first few words of your querry -why? bcos if you are not taking the pains to put forward a neatly worded and structured question, why the hell (except ofcourse the evergreen Freddie) would anyone spend time to 'understand' and help 'solve' your problem?

Please spare some time to explain your question properly and in orderly fashion with as much relevant details. It will help you in the long run while finding employment in Canada as well.

All the best.

Hiren
